Today my Brother told me that:
The gu zheng works on a 6-string scale: do, re, mi, so, la. So all the songs sound melancholic.
There are only four themes: love-making, sadness, drunkenness and suicide.
Now I know why most award winning Chinese films are depressing or everyone dies in the end, like:

Skin care vs Wrinkles
It's gonna be a 'blonde' post.
Today in the afternoon I chatted with Sarah about skin care and it made me realized that I'm maybe too lazy to take care of my skin like I used too. I skipped many steps and right now I think I have to put a little more effort because I regret. The whole issue of turning 25 just hit me yesterday. While I was at work -- folding napkins with other work colleagues - one of them was complaining about herself turning 21. I didn't say anything of course because I clearly remembered how I reacted when turning 21. Haha. I didn't want to celebrate my 21st birthday and I was whining and whining and whining in the office even though my colleagues were so sweet to buy me a cake and open a bottle of red wine at 4 pm. My Mom and Dad was asking me whether I want to throw a party and I kept saying "shoosh!" while wishing 25 Sept will never come. But I did loved all the presents.
Anyway... back to the story. So we were all folding napkins while the girl was complaining, someone ask me how old am I. Then I said, " Twenty-three. Eh, wait! No I'm not! I'm TWENTY-FIVE! Twenty-five. Hehe." Laying the folded napkin down on the right.
I actually forgotten I'm 25 this year 2011! Friends complained being single, having bad relationships, marriage, babies, career and etc etc but what about mine? What's my complaint for turning 25?
My skin is dehydrated from the weather and my fat cells are building up around my hips. There! So as advised, I will look into my daily skin care regime and hit the gym to obtain a healthy heart. Serum, eye cream, serum, eye cream, day cream, night cream, serum, eye cream...Run, run, run.

Money can't buy you class
I've been travelling to and fro from Manchester to Malaysia quite often or I can say I've been travelling quite a lot in this past 2 years especially with Emirates Airline. Just by looking at the conditions of the plane tell a lot about the 'people'. When the aircraft lands in Dubai Airport, while disembarking the plane dragging your mini luggage, just take a look at the seats and floor especially in the business and first class. You'll be amazed how dirty and untidy is looks -- like rats nesting in there for 7 hours. Maybe a rat's nest is even tidier than this. The toilets are also dirty most of the time with crumpled tissues and paper cups every where. Hey why throw into the bin when you can leave it on the counter top? Ironically the economy class looks way cleaner than the first and business class seats. I don't see this untidiness when I flew to Germany, Japan or Melbourne. Just to Dubai. What does this tell you? It tells me that most (not all) of them are just barbarians with a lot of money.
